First-class facilities. TCU Athletics opened the Dutch Meyer Athletic Complex and Abe Martin Academic Enhancement Center in September to tremendous fanfare. Named for legendary coaches, the $13 million, 40,000-square-foot facility features a massive gameday lounge for socializing and dining, 250 club seats and six luxury suites. Revenues generated from the club seats and suites go directly to supporting athletics scholarships through the Frog Club, and pricing adjusts annually at the same percentage rate as that of tuition. The facility will be a much-needed help for the team. It boasts a players' lounge, team meeting room, a computer lab and academic tutoring and work rooms. "Both the players and the coaches couldn't have asked for something more first-class than this," said Coach Gary Patterson. To see more photography of the Meyer-Martin facility, click here.
